Whenever we grocery shop, many of us dread it. Many of us also tend to hit the store when we are beyond hungry and will purchase almost anything (and do!).
When we finally do get to the checkout, we are then tempted one more time by the succulent goodies on the shelves. Most of the temptations are sweet and take less than a minute to consume.
I want to introduce you to the healthy checkout lane. No more temptations for an unhealthy purchase or a fight with your children. All the items are flavorful and healthy, including fresh fruit.
