Ok just a few more things about Omega 3's.....

I did not want to overload you with a long blog about Omega 3 fatty acids, but there are a few more things I wanted to share before the month of September comes to a close:

-Try to get some of your Omega 3's from food, oily fish (salmon, tuna, sardines), at least 6-8 ounces a week. Did you know one can of tuna is 5 ounces?

-Omega 3's are not only healthy for your heart but for many other things in your body. It keeps your skin, hair and nails nourished, may help decrease onset of wrinkles, may decrease breast and prostate cancers, keeps eyes healthy and may help onset of macular degeneration, and a ton of others.

Also is a great addition to your pets health as well, for healthier skin and eyes. Grace and Lil G approve.
