When you are looking for a good fish oil supplement, there are a couple of things you should look for:
-DHA and EPA in the product. These are the 2 types of Omega 3 fatty acids we should consume every day.
-Make sure there are numbers after DHA and EPA so you know how many milligrams you are getting. If there are no numbers or all you see is *** do not purchase.
-Try to shoot for 500-1000 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids a day.
-The more pure the fish oil, the less reflux of fish taste you will have.
Have a Healthy Heart kind of day!
