Where Does Your Lunch Come From?

Is this where lunch comes from on most days? Or do it come from another source of packaged or processed food?

Do you ever read the ingredients and wonder what something is on the list? Do you feel tired and sluggish most days?

All of these questions are something you should consider when purchasing food for yourself and your family. The longer the ingredient list, the more processed and more likely you are to not know what is in your food. That is not safe for your health.

There are many things plaguing our country and obesity is at the top of the list. But there are also things like migraines, reflux, autism, ADHD, depression, fibromyalgia and food allergies/intolerances. All of which, I believe, stem from the intake of processed food.
