How much water?

Did you know that while you exercise, the water you consume does not count toward your daily goal of 64 ounces/day?

Any water consumed while exercising is actually used by the body to keep you and your muscles hydrated, so drinking water cannot stop after exercise is over. Continue your daily hydration throughout the day and try to get it to total 64 ounces/day, or 8 - 8 ounce glasses/day.

Yes, yes, water based beverages do count, like Crystal Light, but remember what water does for the body. It hydrates, cleanses, prevents wrinkles and dry skin, keeps kidney's functioning properly, aids in a steady heartbeat and the list goes on and on.

So for every "fun" drink you have, you must also have a "fun" glass of water to keep you balanced, hydrated and glowing!
