Easy and really tasty breakfast on-the-go idea or a healthy afternoon snack recipe. Be careful with too much peanut butter, it can add up in fat and calories. Also, watch the size of your torilla, this can also encourage more use of peanut butter, not to mention the extra calories from the tortilla itself. Banana's mixed with the tortilla is a great low-medium glycemic food which is great for any exercise greater than 60-90 minutes. Consume a banana dog and hour before a long bike ride or a long run!

4 Mission Life Balance Tortillas
2 Medium bananas, cut in half lengthwise
8 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

Spread 2 tablespoons on tortilla and place banana on top, and roll.
Provides: 344 calories, 39 gm carbs, 19 gm fat, 12 gm protein, 7 gm fiber
