Are you grateful for the country you live in?
I don't know about you but every morning I tune in to the news, I want to turn it off. There is never a feel good story about all the amazing things happening across the United States. I know they exist and I am longing to hear about them. And then there is social media, taking it to a whole other level.
We live in the United States of America! It makes me crazy to hear constant negativity. In the news, in my community and in the rest of my country. I am not blind to the fact there are things that are wrong or need improvement but I am aware we have the ability to change it. And it all starts with me and you. We can have better attitudes, speak more positive, be more positive, do what we can to help make changes and just be grateful for everything we have.
I feel we already have so much but we just want more. We expect more. We feel we deserve more. And if we don't get it, then we complain. Americans are in this stagnant place where negative voices are louder and stronger and positive voices are quiet and lost.
Today and from now on, I challenge you to be grateful and be positive about this great country we live in. If there can be a tiny shift and it can start with me and you, everyone should be "all in."
Are you with me?
