1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
1 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Blend all ingredients, serve as a side salad, over protein, or inside a lettuce leaf.
