Crazy for Clementines

This week, Hy-Vee celebrates its annual citrus sale. I love clementines and I have been taking advantage of eating them everyday.

They are the perfect little package, easy to peel, no seeds, and 2 are a healthy portion to consume. High in wound healing Vitamin C that will also boost your immune system.

Try this great recipe over a grilled salmon or tilapia fillet.
