Well, March has come and gone (almost) and it is always sad to see it go. I rallied this month, ending it with a great cooking class full of fruits and vegetables. Maybe it was not for the veggie haters, but I hope it introduced some new flavors to the participants taste buds.
One of the cool veggie foods I introduced are these amazing sweet potato chips with no salt. In only 1 ounce (or about 15-17 chips) you get a full serving of veggies. It is only a sometimes food and should not replace the real thing, but a great on-the-go snack for all ages.
Now remember to continue to "Eat Right With Color" even though March is over. All colors do a body good!
