I am notorious for lying in bed on a Sunday evening and fretting over the week ahead. It drives me bonkers that I do this to myself. First of all, I create my schedule, so how the week goes, is entirely in my control. Secondly, I waste time and energy overthinking my week. When I just take each day and moment as they come, it is never even close to what I thought it would be like. I have I remind myself daily to be in the now. Thinking about being there, only causes uncertainty and worry. When I let the day happen, I am a much healthier and happier person. I am going to choose to just be and sleep a lot better on Sundays.
