Wisdom Wednesday

As I sit here trying to motivate myself to get out of bed and head to the gym, I take a quick gander at this quote. There are many definitions to what healthy means.

Where are you on your health and wellness journey? What does it mean to you?

Wherever you are do not compare yourself to anyone. It is about how you feel, changes you want to make and the steps you make to get there, no matter how big or small.

Make the journey exactly what you want it to be and need it to be.

Wisdom Wednesday

We have the ability to design what greatness looks like in our own lives. We are the only ones who can draw up the blueprint but a little guidance from others who also believe in your greatness can help move the pen.

Guide the pen of someone who your heart beats for. You are part of their blueprint to greatness because they have part of yours.

By the time a smile actually comes across your face, your insides are already glowing, bubbly and happy. It comes from deep down from our insides. Thus is how you know how real and simply amazing a smile is when its present on our faces and grazes our lips.

There are people who bring this amazing phenomenon out of our crazy and complicated insides. They do it often and bring out the most pure and brilliant smiles that glow in your cheeks and your eyes.

A person who makes me smile like this a tiny but mighty gift.

Yes, I'll take more of that.

Honor it. The past is the past. The future is the future. "This space" you are in and I am in, right now, needs a little respect and gratitude. "No longer."  It was exhausting and difficult and maybe even heartbreaking, but man was it the best lessons ever learned. "No longer" also set you up to be ready and prepared and smarter to succeed in "not yet." "This space," this time right now, is your time to finally just enjoy what it has to offer. It might not be much or it might be more than you ever could imagine...but it's the calm before the storm. "This space" is setting the stage for your amazing "not yet."
